Mariusz is an experienced executive with a proven track record in financial management, operational leadership, and strategic growth in startups, scale-ups, and mature corporations across diverse industries, including financial services, automotive, IT, and subscription based services like SaaS, telecommunication and media. He successfully led nine startups and scale-ups backed by top PE funds but also managed the finances of cororations with the turnover over €170 million and assets over €1,5 billion.
He has an expertise in restructuring, process optimization, and securing financing, with a history of driving profitability and operational efficiency. Mariusz participated in eight successful acquisitions following numerous due diligence processes.
He is a graduate of the Institute of Transport at the Warsaw University of technology and the Faculty of mechanical engineering – technology with a specialization in organization and management at the same university. Since 2001 he is a member of ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
