Roger Casellas is a senior international executive and advisor with more than 30 years of experience in industrial and services businesses. Over a 25-year career at Schneider Electric, including the last 10 years in Vice President roles across Iberia, Europe and at the global level. He led businesses with full P&L responsibility and built a strong track record in growth, transformation and business model innovation.

He later expanded his leadership experience through senior roles at Wallbox and Eurofred, gaining further exposure to e-mobility and HVAC segments. Today, he advises industrial SMEs on strategic growth, value creation and M&A-related decision processes.

Roger brings a distinctive perspective to strategic transactions, combining buy-side exposure in acquisition assessment and integration with more recent sell-side advisory work. This gives him a practical understanding of how buyers evaluate companies, where value is created, and how businesses can prepare to maximize their attractiveness.

He also teaches Business and Economics at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC).

His academic background includes an engineering degree from UPC, an Executive MBA, and further executive and postgraduate education in marketing, digital business and management from ESADE, IESE and UNIR.
