In addition to working with US and Asian clients over the past few years with a US-based M&A advisory group, Doug has experience working at a senior level with clients and managing teams of professionals from Europe, the US, Asia, Canada and South America throughout his years in management consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (PWC), KPMG Consulting, and independently. He also worked as a US-licensed commercial real estate broker with a few firms, serving Fortune 500 and middle market clients.

Earlier in his career Doug was hired to develop the initial corporate strategic plan for Visa International at their headquarters in San Francisco. This later lead to consulting work related to international digital payments and fintech.

Doug received a BA from Brown University and an MBA in finance from UCLA. Though now in the US, he has lived in France and Taiwan and speaks some French and Mandarin.
