He brings a strong track record in driving performance improvement, executing turnaround strategies, and delivering sustainable value creation across diversified investment portfolios.

Mr. Dweik is currently active as a private investor and financial consultant, focusing on capital markets and private equity opportunities across multiple sectors. He advises businesses on investment strategy, financial structuring, valuation, due diligence, and operational optimization, partnering closely with management teams to unlock growth and enhance investment outcomes.

Mr. Dweik began his career at Ernst & Young, where he gained extensive experience in assurance, advisory, and risk management across sectors including financial services, government, energy, and industrials. Moreover, earlier in his career, he held the position of Chief Financial & Administrative Officer of the same fund, where he led financial strategy, restructuring initiatives, and capital optimization efforts, achieving significant cost efficiencies and strengthening financial resilience. He also established and led the Internal Audit function, reinforcing risk management frameworks and governance standards across the organization.

Fadi holds an MBA and a Bachelor in Accounting & Computer Science, and is a Certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
