Arnela is a Partner at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance with a distinctive background that bridges corporate finance with technology, AI and cybersecurity. She helps founders, CEOs and investors navigate critical business decisions, from scaling and capital raising to executing successful M&A transactions, combining strategic advisory with hands-on executive experience gained as a CFO.

She most recently served over five years as CFO and Finance Manager at negg (R), leading the company’s transformation from a project-based model to an ARR and value-creation journey, positioning the business for private equity investment while overseeing financial strategy, M&A, FP&A, tax structuring and investor relations. Earlier in her career she advised on cross-border business transformation as a consultant for Infinity Unconventional Education in the U.S. and Italy, and held finance and budget roles at Bioversity International and the FAO’s Investment Centre, managing multi-country, donor-funded financial operations and leading the transition from US GAAP to IFRS.

Arnela holds an MBA from LUISS Business School, a second MBA in Cross Border Communication and Cross Culture Management from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, a degree in International Relations and Politics from The American University of Rome, and executive education in financial statement analysis from SDA Bocconi. She is fluent in English, Italian, Serbian and Croatian, with working knowledge of French, Spanish and Russian.
