Vitor has been working since 2007 across M&A, Valuation and Corporate Investments, having completed more than 50 projects generating over R$ 2 billion in value. He also serves as a Professor of Mergers & Acquisitions in the Executive MBA program at Coppead / UFRJ, combining hands-on transaction experience with academic teaching in M&A.

In recent years, Vitor has held senior M&A leadership roles, including Executive Director of M&A at BRITech S.A., Partner and VP at CFI – Corporate Finance International, and Head of M&A at J2L Partners Gestão de Investimentos S.A., a Private Equity and M&A group. Earlier in his career he held Executive Director and Senior Manager roles in M&A at Royal Dutch Shell, Galt Capital (Klabin Family Office), and Kepler Weber.
