With more than 35 years of executive experience, Tore has worked at the forefront of value creation, acquisitions, business development, and corporate transformation across the construction, energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, and railway sectors. He has held CEO, Managing Director, and Executive Vice President positions at AF Gruppen, ABB Building Systems, Bravida Norge, Bane NOR, and Jotne Industrier, complemented by significant board experience as both director and chairman.

Tore has led and participated in acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, restructuring programs, and growth initiatives throughout his career, bringing a unique combination of industrial insight, strategic perspective, and operational experience. Having been on the buyer, seller, and owner side of transactions, he understands the factors that drive value creation and successful outcomes before, during, and after a transaction.
