The Belgian group, Efficy, has just acquired the Spanish software CRM developer SumaCRM, in an operation advised by ONEtoONE Corporate Finance on the side of the buyer. The acquisition fits into the growth strategy of the Belgian group, which already has more than 20M turnover and a portfolio of more than 2,400 customers in 33 countries.

The ONEtoONE team, together with the law firm, Bestax, has successfully advised the closure of the sale of the Spanish technology company Tigloo, which has been acquired by the French listed company, Synergie. Through this operation, Tigloo, which specializes in infrastructure projects, digital transformation processes, outsourcing, and cybersecurity, becomes part of the DCS Group, satisfying the expansion needs of the Spanish group, that by its incorporation to Synergie, increases their services and clients capabilities. DCS Group is a benchmark in terms of IT infrastructure management and support.

WAM (We Are Marketing) acquires LeadClic to lead the digital transformation in Spain. Both firms previously reached an agreement to create a common project where the resulting business consultancy will be focused on the Digital Transformation and Customer Experience through SalesForce technology. From now on, LeadClic will operate from international offices of WAM (Milan, Miami, etc.), as well as expanding their presence in Spain, Valencia, and Barcelona.

Softland, a leading company in ERP business management solutions in Latin America, announced the acquisition of SQL Software, a Colombian company that develops and implements software solutions for Payroll and Human Resources.

The restaurant group Comess Group, owner of Lizarran, Cantina Mariachi and Pasta City, added to its portfolio the brand Don G, which has just opened its first establishment in Madrid, located in the Parque Corredor Shopping Centre in Torrejón de Ardoz. The company has highlighted that the incorporation of Don G, which will be the group's fourth brand, is the starting point for the development of the brand and its expansion on a national scale in the coming years. Grupo Donga was advised by ONEtoONE.

This is Merkle’s second corporate acquisition since joining the Dentsu Aegis Network in August 2016 and Merkle’s fourth European acquisition in two years. Zucchetti Group, the first Italian software company, has bought 100% of Solmicro, a leader in the development of management solutions. The Zucchetti Group, which started in Italy in 1978, has a presence in over 40 countries. Solmicro, a Spanish company, retained ONEtoONE Corporate Finance as advisors for the operation.

The Spanish company Dacartec Servicios Informáticos SL, has sold its Colombian affiliate (Darcatec Internacional Andina SAS) to the Group, also with Spanish origin, Diusframi, mandating the advisory of ONEtoONE Corporate Finance for the operation. The operation suggests the strengthening of Diusframi Group's presence in LatAm and also fits within their expansion project.
