Thomas holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration and brings more than 25 years of management and advisory experience. He has participated in a large number of M&A and real estate transactions, as well as major implementation and development projects spanning corporate strategy, digitalisation and financial management, frequently with an international dimension.

Across his career he has led corporate finance teams and advised on landmark Danish transactions. More recently, as Head of M&A and Strategy at SDK FREJA, he directed the acquisition and integration of the freight forwarding and logistics company FREJA (enterprise value above €100 million).

Business-minded, cooperative, structured and proactive, Thomas combines a solid strategic and financial toolbox with a deep understanding of M&A processes, including post-merger integration.
