Rishad is a senior executive with over 15 years of experience driving global procurement, supply chain transformation and operational efficiency across life sciences, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods. He has delivered nearly US$500 million in projected long-term cost savings and US$25 million in operational improvements, with deep expertise in high-stakes contract negotiation, strategic sourcing and M&A integration.

He most recently served as Global Vice President of Supply Chain Operations and Procurement at a fast-growing consumer goods company, where he realized US$25 million in savings in two years and helped grow operating margins by 20% year over year. Before that, he spent more than five years with a global pharmaceutical leader, managing end-to-end procurement for over 200 plasma collection centres with an annual spend above US$750 million, delivering US$75 million in realized savings and governing the integration of acquired centres across three European countries and the US. Earlier in his career, he held senior procurement roles in the food and beverage industry, including a key role in the supply chain integration of a major brand following its acquisition. He currently advises businesses as an independent and fractional consultant.

Rishad holds a PhD from the University of Exeter, a Master’s degree from Loyola University Chicago, a BSc from Elmhurst University and executive education from Harvard Business School.
