Jean-Luc holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School. Prior to his activity as M&A advisor, he combined functions of operational management and management of long-term financing and corporate transactions, first as CF0 and member of the Executive Committee of large groups, then as entrepreneur, becoming co -Founder of a start-up in perfumes and cosmetics.
After six years of uninterrupted growth that saw the turnover increase from EUR 0 to 150 M, he sold his participation following an LBO and created in 2007 his own fusacq boutique before co-founding Francession network in 2010.
He joined ONEtoONE in November 2017.
