Pasin has more than 20 years of experience in M&A transactions, with a successful background of more than 60 transactions closed.

Co-author of the seminal work on the valuation of firms distributed nationally in Brazil: “Valuation of Firms: A guide for Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity” (2010). Also co-author of several books about Mergers & Acquisitions: “Succession cases in the creation and generation of value” (2017) and “Advanced valuation and business strategies”(2017), both edited by ALLPrint, 2017.

He was formerly employed at Clairfield International, Itaú-Unibanco, and KPMG.
